We use no MSG in our food and only Thai fragrant rice. 
It is our policy to deal only with food products which 
have not been genetically  modified. 
The Thai Garden started in 1989 after an idea by 
Suthinee Hufton and her cousin Vatcharin Bhumchitr, 
formerly of Chiangmai restaurant in Soho and author 
of various books on Thai cooking.
Since opened, the restaurant, run by Suthinee and her husband Jack,has developed into a well-known local East-end place to eat for non-meat eaters.
It has been featured in many reviews and guide books
-we won the Time Out Best Vegetarian Meal award in 1991- and have had bookings from as far away as Tokyo, Japan.
